A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting up with my new friends Carole and Eugene to have a fantastic photography session with themselves and their two little ones. Little man had fun playing football…although I had a bit of fun asking him if he played for the Raiders since he dropped the first pass. Good thing I did not ask if he played for Cal because we all know Cal Receivers never drop the ball. Go Bears! Here are a couple of favorites from our morning together. Thank you for such a fabulous time, and I cannot wait to see you around Boulder once again.
Here is R without the football climbing in a bunch of fallen trees. I love this picture he just looks at peace here. We had some fun exploring the Niwot trails that is for certain!
I told Carole about the cool shot I did with the B family before. She was excited for her own version of this silhouette picture:
Then of course Dad saw it and thought it was rad as well. So the boys got their turn…I can’t wait to see both of them up on their walls. What a great memory of the fun everyone had!
We all played and had the “serious smiles for Grandma” pictures. I know for Holiday pictures it is important to have one for Grandma! But we also had to have a little fun, but of course!
This morning after sending the gallery to mom. I got this email:
Oh my god—was just showing the photos to the kids and we were having so
much fun we just missed riley’s bus!!!
NOTE: stacyZiegler, aka stacyZ, is not responsible for Tardiness and missing school. Reliving the fun can make the time go by! ![]()
R I am sorry you missed the bus! But man your smile and the fun we had it is hard to watch the clock! Just show the Principal this one…I am sure Mr. Keppler will grant you a pass.
Thanks again for a fabulous time!

Carole - Finally, figured out how to navigate around your site and love the blog post! What fun to see us all up here, and it was a blast taking the photos too. Hopefully it will be the first of many photo sessions! p.s., hi Janica!
Janica - Hey, I recognize this GORGEOUS family! Good grief, Carole, the kids are so big! Such lovely work, Stacy.
